Monthly Goals of May

Hello and a lovely Friday to you all! 



Yet again a new month is upon us which means it’s time to cover some new monthly goals but this month I also have a fun little announcement to make as well. 


April was far from productive for me as I realized early on in Camp NaNoWriMo that I needed to re-write my outline and do some more world building. This means my goal to make April the most productive month thus far was a complete failure but I did manage to get some stuff done. So as per usual let’s kick things off by covering the goals from last month. 


Write 30k ☒


Re-Outline Reaper ☑


Read four books ☑


Add four new recipes to my cookbook ☑


Do two crafts   ☑


Exercise an hour a day  ☑


Paint my office  ☒


I wish I would have accomplished more but at least my completed ratio is higher than incomplete. As far as painting my office, I am taking that off my goal list as it seems that things just keep popping up that prevent me from taking care of it but it shall return when I know I will be able to get it done. 


Now moving on to this lovely month’s goal list. 



Spring Quarter (March - May)


May Goals


Continue Re-Outlining  ▢


I have through chapter ten outlined so only about twelve more chapters to go. I also have to apply all these changed to the 43k I already have written. 


A secret goal  ▢


This goal is a part of my announcement 


Do two crafts  ▢


At the current moment I’m working on a felt picture then I would like to do a birdhouse. I’m hoping that soon I’mm be able to get a sewing machine and hot glue gun, then doing crafts will really be something special. 


Read four books  ▢


Having a NOOK again makes this task so much better and it’s so much easier than trying to find audiobooks for the books I want to read. I don’t know which books will be on my list this month but that’s a part of the fun. 


Add four recipes  ▢


I’m really excited for my recipes for this month. I found a new app that gives me recipes so I’m looking forward to trying out some new recipes. 


Exercise an hour a day  ▢


Of course I’m not looking forward to this one, I never do, but it’s necessary if I want to stick to bettering my health. I’m on the hunt for some new exercises to keep my body from getting used to the ones I already use.   


Organize my kitchen island  ▢


This might seem like an odd one to have on here but I’ve come to the realization that my island needs to be organized especially with all the cooking I’ve been doing lately. 


Organize photos ▢


I’ve been slacking on this and now I’m way behind so this month I plan to get all my photos up to date and maybe post some on here as well. 



Right so there you have it, hopefully I’ll be able to completely everything on May’s goal list but only time will tell. I’m looking forward to a lot of the tasks on this months list which brings me to the next thing on the agenda. 


It’s only been a month but I’m already looking into making changes to the site more specifically the Reaper page. So my fun little announcement is that throughout the month of May the Reaper page will be down for edits but will return again in June shiny as new and better than ever.  


It’s only the third of May but already things are busy. Here’s to hoping May is as productive

as it needs to be. Well it’s time to get back to work, see you all next week
